Summary Samuel, a struggling writer suffering from writer's block, is forced to get a roommate when he can no longer pay the rent by himself. Having lost a blackjack hand to a wanna-be rock star/actor, he quickly finds that he may have made a mistake by putting his apartment on the line. When his new roommate's friends start to make themselves at home, tensions mount. After being drugged one night, Samuel learns that his new roommates day jobs are that of professional thieves and hired killers. He also finds himself accused of rape and murder. He knows that he should just leave, but one thing stops him...his writer s block is gone.
