Summary In the 1970s, a legendary organization of 6,000 delinquents, a motorcycle gang that was growing in size and intensity, moved to Shibuya's Centre Street. In the 1990s, the delinquents moved to their base in Shibuya's Centre Street, shedding their suicide uniforms and becoming teamers. Numerous teams fought each other, transforming themselves into a group of unruly youths.
